Tech & Production Resident
The Tech & Production Resident is responsible for supporting all technical and production aspects of worship services, events, and ministry initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in audio, video, lighting, and stage management, while also assisting with system maintenance and troubleshooting. The resident will collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure excellence in execution, develop organizational and leadership skills, and gain comprehensive training in church production systems and best practices.
